Footgolf like any sport has an element of risk for injury. We take no responsibility for injury incurred playing footgolf at our course. It is solely participated at your own risk. 
Whilst we do all we can to eliminate risk to you unfortunately accidents do happen on our undulating course at one with nature and its hazzards.
